Pathetic service at Astron Markman Port Elizabeth

The first time in my life i experience standing at a filling station where the employees would much rather play on their phones instead of helping customers. I have been standing 30min with my truck waiting for service. After getting out of my truck, looking for employees, finding one busy releiving himself against a fence in full sight of woman and children i get told that i must wait until after 18:00 for service becuase they are busy with a shift change. Speaking to the female supervisor I get informed that the previous shift knockedoff at 17:25. How long does a shift change take and why did the previous shift walked away before 17:30? I lost over 45min driving time with this fuel stop. NEVER WILL I EVER AGAIN SUPPORT ASTRON.
