Pathetic service

Astron Energy - Pty Ltd Valencia Park astron the service is pathetic. We are staying around surrounding them, but we would rather go fill at Sasol than have to deal with the poor treatment . Today was the most **** service ever. What is the point in receiving points but not being able to redeem it on top of it your cashier does not make it any better she is ride when explaining! Can we please get a explanation as to why we can earn points here but somehow when it needs fo be redeemed it must be in town or riverside???? I sent a email with no feedback for 2 weeks now not even a reach out or answers!!!! Why when we swipe we get the sms and voucher but the cashier tells clients no the machine outside is not working someone is being dishonest and on top of it being rude! Rather go back to closing it or having no petrol or whatever because the staff the treatment towards clients as well sucks it is pathetic!
