Non existent service

Good evening.

Your store staff at the Kloof KZN branch have either has zero training or are just ********.

They have no idea on the products they sell, the pricing, the specials. I am tired of walking into that store and having the same bad service every time I go there.

Maybe the owner should have hired staff who had some sort of basic training? There is never a manager on duty after 5pm ever? Why offer rewards if you cannot redeem them at the store?

Is this the service you intend offering the customers? I don't think you will get much business. Its a total disgrace.

I will go back to using the Shell garage up the road - where the service is excellent - and will advise anybody I know who is trying out your store, not to any longer.
