No rewards company

Astron apparently have this rewards program. I said apparently because I dont think it is real. I am filling up at Astron several times and every time I just get the message no rewards this time. If after a year of no rewards why should I even worry about it and why should I support them anyways. I can get my rewards from another fuel brand were I can actually see that I get a reward. Not like Astron no rewards at all.
