New Servuce Station - Shocking lack of service!

I usually buy supper at Astron Energy on a Thursday as I have back to back meetings from 2pm until 6:30pm. This evening though, I arrived to place my order and met the fast food lady walking out the door at 6:50pm. Despite her collaegues begging her to walk back in and serve me, she refused and I was greeted with arms being crossed indicating that the fast food section had closed. 6 to 9pm is when people buy food guys! Come on! What sort of an operation is this? I am so disappointed that I intend to post my experience on the Malanshof chat group. If this is how staff treat customers, Sasol is up the road and has decent fast food serving times! Burger King here I come!
