Left unattended

I would really like to disclose my disappointment towards KwaZulu Natal,Durban Newlands West Astron Energy. I came to fill up my car as usual by the way I am a regular customer, I was on my 15 KM. I filled up with R200 knowing my car it would be +-140 KM but that didn’t happen instead it went from 15 km to 10 km I turned went back told the gas attendance that instead of my gas moving up it goes down it went down to 5kM but he insisted that he did put gas in the car I asked so where is that gas? No reply. The owner said I should put R100 to see if my car has a problem or it’s on them if it’s them they will add it, it went from 5kM to 80km so it proved that it was their fault but they didn’t care. The manager and the owner did not help they had a very bad attitude towards me and my husband. The owner went to the point where he pressed the panic button and called the security KZN protection. The security didn’t even listen to us, they Insulted us and we were forced to leave unattended and no help.
