i went to astron in crown mine just next door makro crown mines this morning at around 7.30 am on the 23rd of may 2023.i got a female petrol attended i asked for 300rands of petrol and they asked my form of p0ayment i paid with my bank card just after the transaction the lady noticed she made a mistake and charged my 500rand .she then asked to go to her manager for a refund then she came back to the car and asked for my card number i gave her and she came back to tell me the transaction on the slip and my card do not correspond they called me to the window for the manager i went and they still told me that id doesn't correspond then called their other boss who's is an Indian guy he said the same thing and i just asked am i getting my money or not he said not i showed him proof mof payment they said they don't take an sms and proof i payed i went on my banking app they still said it doesn't give me sorority that i payed i asked to leave they said ok and that's why they started running after me at that point i stared getting scared for my life because i don't know if they were coming to attack me or not i didn't stop i ran to the car and moved my crd they were still shouting ..i am not happy and dont feel safe for my life because of the current gbv happening in the country i will never use that petrol store ever again.the disrespect also my time for work imagine
