Extremely poor customer service.

Not really a place to go. Very rude staff working there. Especially the ladies at the shop. I always hesitate to go and shop there due to the extremely poor customer service. It happened again this evening. A cashier cashier named Siphe Sihle. A very rude one, whi doesn't even welcome the client, she is rather ready to fight clients. I went there to buy electricity and was being assisted from the window outside, which I understood because it was late. I had my meter number on my phone and showed her from the window which she could perfectly read from the inside. She told me: "you must read the number for me". She was arguing, shouting at me just because I asked her to read the meter number from my phone. So unnecessary for a cashier who is supposed even to go the extra mile.. To top it up, she was backed by a guy who appeared to be a Petrol attendant at the same station.... That's crazy! I ask myself why do I have to go there while there is a Caltex garage just opposite and many other shops? Customer service is the key...
