Double payment not refunded

On 23rd October 2022, during load shedding in the area, we purchased fuel for R120.00 Both the card machines the attendant used was having connection issues and the transaction was processed twice for same amount. When we went back to Amandelboom Motors to complain, we were informed to contact Capitec Bank. Capitec bank tried numerous times to assist with getting a refund with no success. Email correspondence failed to deliver, personal visits to Capitec and Amandelboom Motors failed to deliver. Till date we paid twice for one transaction and no refund done by any party
