Concerned and Upset

Well i just want to make it known to everyone who fills up with petrol at Astron Energy Garage Strand that the service is down right disgusting....

Except for the the white petrol attendent, Carmen....She is a breath of fresh air....she goes the extra mile....

Anyway i was there tonight and i saw her trying to help a customer who drives a white Mercedes-Benz, he had a very bad puncture....she had tthe whole plug kit to fix tyre but it was in the middle of the wheel. The customer had no jack in his car, Carmen asked all the other attendents on duty for the right equipment to take the tyre off....Guess what.....they ignored her and down right decided to not help HER....the customer saw all of this and was upset....

Astron is going to get a bad name because of the bad service and not wanting to help a collegue.

I wish there were more Petrol Attendants like Carmen.
