Complaint.. importance of client service

Hello.. So today 30/05/2023 17:55 I went to the Astron petrol station for petrol and paraffin in Sterkspruit (newly opened) when I got there I needed my paraffin before my petrol, It was raining cats and dogs,when I got there I was told that paraffin is a secondary option they pour patrol first. AS I WAS STANDING BEFOR A LADY THAT WAS THERE FOR AN HOUR,As she did not have transportation but wanted a 20L paraffin from your station. SO I waited as we watched the attended (Anele) to attend to us,as his priority was assisting with petrol, he furhdrtold us that his shift is over and he will assist us (doing us a favour) as they are short staffed... the manager was not there. THIS is a station that is not even finished a year in Sterkspruit ... honestly I've used the station from day 1... I felt unfairly treated with the other clients coz we were all soaking wet ad we waited for parrafin... Future advise, train your attendants to have people skills and know jow to multi task when short staffed...
