Competition ****

On 26 November 2024 I put R500.00 petrol in car at Astron Alberton North, I was given a pamplet for the competition. I followed all the instructions and I won a Checkers Voucher and was advised to send the prize code and my registered mobile number to *** which I did. I sent the email on 26 November 2024 and have still not received the voucher. I called your customer services and was told they cannot assist me and I must send a reminder to get my voucher on whatsapp as it is a whatsapp competition. Why must I remind them to send my voucher when I followed all the instructions given. Personally I think that this is a total **** just to get people to put in fuel at Astron. I am totally disgusted and disappointed that I am told to remind them to send my voucher and that nobody at Customer care could assist me.
