cannot redeem the planet 54 vouchers

i have two planet 54 vouchers when purchasing on planet 54 it does not accept the voucher code, also i purchased diesel from astron energy atlas road boksburg i have proof of my slip no rewards were recieved also notified the garage but still no response and why wont planet 54 accept those voucher codes given by astron energy is that even legit vouchers
