Bad service

I went to astron fuel station in grahamstown the one with pnp convenient shop and the time was around 13:20 if I'm not mistaken to put in R200 petrol and my car had 2 bars so as I leave the station I noticed that it only went up by one bar as if I bought R50 fuel and when I went there to show them I was told that on their side it shows it went through
