Bad service and no manager or supervisor on duty

Good afternoon. On the 18/01/2025 i was in Astron Energy in Mamelodi Next KitKat in Mamelodi East I don't Know weather it falls under Mahube or Ext 17 on Tsamaya Road.

The service i got the was really horrible and this was not for the first time its already a second time.

I went the to pour petrol and i had a voucher of R10 to use instore. The i was told by the cashier by the name of Itumeleng that the dont redeem vouchers in their store. Then i asked why as this is part of your garage partnering with Stardbank and i want to use my voucher he told me that its becouse they dont have the machine.

then i said but if i pour petrol you have the point machine. Then i asked him can you call your manager he said the manger is off, then i said can you call your supervisor he said the is no supervisor.

How could such a garage work without a manger and a supervisor that can attend customers complaints or disatsfication.

Then Itumeleng told me i should come the following day to redeem my voucher. Mind you this voucher was expiering on the 18/01/2025

What kind of business are they running.

Is the manager taking his customers seriously or he think his running a circus
