Bad review

Well first i want to say that its all a hoax or it could be the staff I went to the astron fuel stasion in dawn park filled my car with a R1000 fuel ask the attendant for my reward took everthing and said to me i will get my reward in 3 days. Two weeks later im still waiting today i went to ferrapark astron put R500 in the attendant told me they cant do rewards they off line so please tell me is this a **** or is this true
