Bad manager

Please find a good manager who knows how to treat people, not to treat people like animals. I didn't like her service at all not once but twice, that woman is somehow, even the employees you can see the are not happy around her with the treatment she have and the attitude she poses to them... the employees are very friendly and helpful but can be more productive with a good and business oriented leadership.
