Awful service by petrol attendant

Im very saddened by the by my experience as a loyal customer of Astron Pretoria North. The level of attitude that was displayed by one of your petrol attendants was very awful. Firstly Pretoria North branch is running 2 promotions at the moment. I filled up with R500 cash for 95 octane fuel. The attendant didn't even bother to ask if my coolant needed replenishment or even offer to wash my windshield. To top it all off, I had to ask him if whether Astron promotions are still running as he didn't offer me to write my name on the back of the slip which he also didn't offer until I asked for it. He then went to fetch the slip and I filled in my details. To my surprise even after all the efforts I took, I didn't get my normal sms fir being entered into the monthly draw so then I had to pay attention to him. He also threw my slip away and not into the R1000 fuel box competition. My hard earned money was just thrown into the drain. While I drove off, he was demonstrating to his colleague of how he got rid of my slip. CCTV will prove this story to be true as it happened on Monday 8 September 2025 around 7:19am.
