Attendant filled a tank with Diesel that CLEARLY states UNLEADED ONLY! Damage to my vehicle!!!!!!!

2 days ago at the WETTON Astron a petrol jockey/attendant filled my car up with Diesel instead of Petrol when he was specifically asked for Petrol as well as on my cap it CLEARLY states Unleaded, this HUGE problem has now affected my vehicle tremendously!

I was advised to leave the vehicle at the garage and they would attend to it, on my return I asked for a receipt of what had been done to my vehicle, I was told oh they were not aware I would want a receipt! I have taken my previous car to mechanics and was always provided with a receipt as well as the old part that had been changed, none of which I received from the Astron Manager, I was told my car was sorted, I drove not even 5kms down the road and my car started smoking badly and making a very loud noise (sounding like a diesel engine) I lose power in my vehicle now as well. My injectors are blocked and there is damage to my leads.

I then took my vehicle to a trusted mechanic who has advised me what was not done on the vehicle that was meant to be done (definitely not a 2-hour job)

Might I just add I am a woman, so I am not sure if this "manager" thought that he was going to fool me. After complaining the manager then advised that I need to bring my car back to them again so they can get an Astron Mechanic to work on it now, I asked why this was not done in the first place. To which I received no response from the manager, I have escalated this matter and still no response. I do not trust taking it back to the garage again as the mechanic damaged the fuel line, he did not refit it correctly, my entire back seat is loose and he damaged my bonnet clip which is no longer attached to the bonnet, above all the mechanical damage that my vehicle now has!

I am taken aback that I need to deal with the damages caused by a staff member and then after the fact receive below average assistance and support with rectifying their error. On top of all of this I do not have a functioning vehicle during a very important time of year!!!!!!
