Astron whiteriver inhuman

On the 4th of July. I went to Astron whiteriver filling station. While i was filling my tank the kids went to bathroom as we always do. But for some reason they came back asking for R2. I didn't have any money with me. I only had a credit card. I asked when did they change this as i use the same filling station all the time and didn't have to pay R2 to use the toilet. I also asked to make an exception for the kids and I will make sure i bring the money in future. They say i should speak to the manager about it. I went inside to look for the manager but they said he went out and there is nothing they can do to assist my children. I was really disappointed with the service. They were not sympathetic. The petrol attended was so rude and enjoying that i am in the situation. He even mentioned that all garages and retail shops use this rule. And this rule started in June. But i filled up my tank in the same garage on the 14th of June with the same kids and we didn't experience it. Penuel was so rude. He didn't even know the difference between Astron rewards and ucount rewards. When i tell him to use my cellphone number for Astron rewards. He kept on saying that you will get your rewards automatically. He refuses to listen and mock whatever i say. I really do not see myself using the station as our resting station. We were really used to it. People forget to be human first. I had to drive recklessly to reach another garage or stop at the side of the road for the kids to relieve themselves because of R2
