Astron Craighall Empty Petrol Station

I have been filling up with Caltex Craighall for many years.Went to fill up with 95 petrol today at the rebranded Astron Energy at Craighall,i paid for a full tank of petrol. I drove away only to find that they never put any petrol in my car. I went back and they said that it could be because of load shedding.They then filled up my car with petrol. I have never,ever had an issue like this before.
