I am writing to express my utter disgust and disappointment at the way OK Foods handles customer complaints, particularly those from black customers. My recent experience at the OK Foods branch located at 333 Beyers Naude Drive, Northcliff, Randburg, has left a sour taste in my mouth.

It has become evident that OK Foods takes complaints from white customers seriously and addresses them promptly. However, when a black customer complains, the issue is often swept under the rug, ignored, or dismissed. This blatant disregard for black customers' concerns is a stark reminder of the apartheid regime's legacy.

****** will never end in South Africa as long as we have typical apartheid custodians who perpetuate ****** and apartheid. It's appalling that in this day and age, businesses like OK Foods continue to mistreat black people with impunity.

I have decided to boycott the OK Foods branch in Northcliff, Randburg, and I encourage all black people to do the same. We must mobilize against typical ******s and businesses that perpetuate discriminatory practices.

To OK Foods management, I say this: until you take concrete steps to address the systemic ****** within your organization, you will continue to lose customers like me.
