Shocking Service by Astrodon

I have received very poor service from Astrodon over the past four years! Everytime I sent them a complaint they fail to give me feedbck! The have recently issued my Unit with two letters of Warning for Noise disturbance but they can't even answer basic clarity seeking questions such as: 1. What type of noise did we allegedly make 2. On what date did we make the noise on 3. What time was the noise made 4. Who is the complainant

After several emails they eventually told me that I have no right to complain or ask a clarity seeking question because I am a tenant! My landlord has also asked for clarity but they have ignored him too. It seems to me like and Astrodon and the Glenvale trustees dont believe in the Constitutional right of being innocent until proven guilty and allowing one to have a right of reply!
