No Service and practicing limiting electricity to units without court orders
Worst service ever, not even one star and they limited my tennants units power while they were all on leave without our notice or the needed court order over a disputed geyser that burst that they did not attend to which I have refused to pay which took them over 3 months and months at a time to respond to emails. When my tennant returned from holiday their offices were closed and everything in her fridge rotted.
My experience: - limmit electricity in units without court order - Workers take over a month to respond to mails and don't answer questions - MD blocked all my mails to further dispute their actions and even sent a mail defending his staff saying there is no record of a burst geyser and that its ok to limit power.

07 Jan 2021, 12:04It's amazing that you as unit owner disputes a geyser replacement yet all info has been sent numerous times to you.You as owner and tenant were informed of the restriction due to you failing to pay your dues to the BC. IF POP were received the restriction would have been lifted, you opted not to pay

My water and elec was up to date and I would have paid if you did things right there is a lot more to this...

07 Jan 2021, 12:24We certainly not entertaining you any further as made very clear on several occasions. You clearly looking for sensation on all platforms which will not be entertained. refer to your BC rules and debt collection policy agreed upon by the trustees.

Last mail to me from one of your staff members said to bring my case to the attention of the Trustees which never happened either.
