Lights not working in the complex.

My family and I stay in a unit in Kildare Estate and have been waiting for lights in the complex, since November 2020, we were told in a newsletter on 13/11/2020 that it will would be completed before the 23rd of December, to which that did not happen, when my mom queried this in January with the caretaker in a complex (not much help at all), we were that it was to do with the mini sub having had burnt down and would need to be repaired by the municipality, an email followed shortly after of the same tune from Astrodon, however around 7 of the about 35 lights in the complex work, so those weren't affected?? We've had no feedback after the 13th of January regarding the streetlights, nevermind the other projects that were spoken about (repairing the guardhouse, a new playground for the kids), which was bought up about 6 months before the national lockdown and has never been bought up again. It really is a disaster coming home at night with about 20% of the lights working, you can't see a thing if you walk around the complex at night and nobody has actually said what is going on, we've asked the caretaker, who's just ignored our messages. I'd just like projects promised to actually be completed.
