Lack of Respond to signed Petition by Lion Ridge Owners

Lion Ridge Complex, Ridgeway, Johannesburg South. In May 2022, owners met and drafted a petition of concern stating all challenges which were sent and Acknowledge by Astrodon's Managing Director. There has been no response to this Petition since May 2022. Currently, Lion Ridge Complex is paying increased levies without any services from Astrodon. They have remained silent while we are expected to continue paying levies and suffer with bad roads, and damages to properties and cars.
