Ineffective and ineffecuent services
<div>Have fully paid up ky levies for Feb 2019. Upon transferring attorneys request for 3 months advance. It has occured Astrodon brought a balnce brought forward although it has been fully paid up. To date aftwr leaving messages and having emailed Ms ++++, ++++, pm4 and pm6 no reply to date after having left messages with both Ms +++++ and +++++. Please advise as one does not understand how figures have been calculated.</div>

We refer to the emails sent to you dated 21 February 2019 @ 10:14 and again on 04 March 2019 @ 12:39. In the email correspondence a clear breakdown is given on the opening balance of R1 443.05. Our clearance department has also spoken to your transferring attorney to explain the said amount.
I have also confirmed with Leanne and Lelani that they spoke to you last year regarding a valuation on your property which was sent to you on 26 September 2018 and again on 19 October 2018.
We trust that you will find the above in order.
