High rental bills

I am currently a tenant at a complex leased by Astrodon rental and i feel totally **********. Every time we renew our lease we need to Pay a lease renewal fee, we are now due for a rental increase and are expected to pay a deposit top up fee aswel as a inspection fee.... On top of that we are responsible to pay sewer fees which is sooooo much over and above rent water and electricity... Which is also recieved via statement and is probably amended by the agent and fees are exaggerated... On average i can easily pay R12000 per month
