Great Service

I’ve been struggling to get the leaking in my unit fixed since beginning of 2022, emails were sent back and forth but will no assistance. The manager that was handling the portfolio failed to assist and even left without resolving the issue. I would like to thank Henry Janse Van Rensburg who joined Astrodon in October and managed to resolve my issue within 2 weeks. He is amazing, very professional, he kept me informed everyday during the process of fixing the issue. He is really an asset to Astrodon and I can not thank him enough. Well done Henry!
