Failure to take accountability

Astrodon has failed to take responsibility with maintaining the complex Manhattan in mondeor. Large amounts of Levis are paid every month towards maintaining the building. The geysers in my unit has bursted and has been leaking for a while until it was evident that it had burst when water started to overflow from the storage room into the walking areas. Upon inspection it was found that the geyser was long due for servicing and in fact needed replacement for it was 8 years old. The company failed to take responsibility for the water wasteaged caused by the bursted geyser charging us a bill of over R1000 for water that was not consumed by the household but in fact wasted by the bursted geyser.
