Bad Service

Bad experience with the company I had an outstanding balance on one of the accounts they handling, they sent a notice regarding this outstanding balance within a week after i received the first notice i received a final notice with extra charges from the first notice they sent a week ago. according to the law (Collections) they must at least give me a month to respond to the first notice and make payment arrangements but because they like money they sent me a final notice within a week after i received a first notice. That's a bad services for someone who pays the account regularly. i only experience financial difficulties one month
