ASTRODON BAD SERVISE

I AM A Home owner at Opulent mews in vosloorus under the care of astrodon. last month astrodon emailed me telling me that the R1000 i have been paying monthly towards my rates has not been enough, i was behind by ten thousand, i then explained to them that i had a baby november last year. i work in the finance industry have been heat by covid and the fact that i had to strickly work from home as i had a little one. however monthly i made sure i paid them as much as i could . i explained that i will be gpoing back to work full time now in october. i will pay R2000 monthly towards the bill they agreed. today was suprised when i tried to buy electricity ... the token didnt come was told to call manucipality. even when astodon decides to cut the electricity and wants cash randomly im one of the people who pay ,,as i have a baby . she is 11 months . but after the agreement no warning no nothing they cut us off. can i take . honestly i am thinking of legall action. in june we were away for 28 days ... but still the bill came back as if we were home the whole month. I don't do laundry at my house. i go to my parents . we only bath and cook even at that its just me and my partner my son is with my parents , so we don't cook daily. but still. they refused to get us Eskom instead of this unpin electricity that they manipulate, rates and water are in one bill.... we paying for people that owe as far back as 2000 . way before we moved in. however they don't care. they cut for those who communicate and do all they can . even under this . circumstances. i have exams soon. I'm so angry. last week the whole complex was without electricity for two days. they didn't pay on time. that happened shortly after they did minor renovations to the place. that makes me wonder how do they manage our funds.
