Astrodon

I'm actually requesting assistance. Astrodon has need over billing me for water for the past one year. I took it up with them after settling R,,15000 bill but still nothing has been done to resolve this...I'm in a one bedroom unit..from 2020 my water bill has been R356..after last year 12percent increase I'm.being charged R,1700 on water alone my pattern has not changed...Wats upsetting is I work from home n since nothing has been done. They sent a Peter who only called me. But didn't pitch..they have changed management so many times... What do I do
