14 days for deposit refund? Doing on 14 weeks!
I been waiting since July for my deposit refund and no confirmed or set date when this will be refunded. I get told everyday that it will be refunded the following day and on a Wednesday get promised that it will be refunded on the Friday. My emails, calls and SMSes get ignored and I am at my wits end. I was told that it would take a maximum of 14 working days to be refunded. Please can I have confirmation on when it will definitely be refunded?

We refer to your complaint herein and confirm your discussion with Dean at our offices. The delay in the final calculation of the deposit refund is due to the final electricity & water readings not being available from the managing agents whom manages Southern. Villas Body Corporate.
We confirm that you vacated 31 July 2018, of which we August 2018 levy statement had the consumption on up until 30 June 2018. Upon receipt of the September 2018 levy statement we will be able to bill the consumptions up to and including 31 July 2018 being your vacate date and finalize the deposit refund.
We note that we are unable to finalize the amounts without the information from the managing agents herein, of which this is totally out of our control.
We trust that you will find the above in order and confirm that we will revert once we receive the information herein.
