Brake co. Excessive pricing and special not explained

ASTROBRAKE East Rand, my Daihatsu Sirion, they add each job separately to inflate invoice. Manager after 2 days does not phone on progress on car. Facebook special is not explained to customer. Manager phoned me R3500 to fit deal to Gearbox, and I told him R3500 is too much, we came to agreement on R2500 but upon completion he still charged me R3500. The workshop left brake fluid cap on sill wall of bonnet and closed the bonnet-- this the bonnet was pertruding over the fenders and closed it. An adequate apology was not given. They wanted to charge me for a tie rod end which they did not fit, so they removed item off invoice but promised by Monday part will be there. Come Thursday after phoning they got the part. Manager apparently always in meeting. Their speedpoint not working so I had to go home make payment which FNB charged for notification to ASTROBRAKE. The manager said he had to go to Pretoria to fetch tie rod ends and in front of customers said it cost him money. Then why did he initially take on the job? I told him there's couriers who can deliver. He didn't apolgise for brakefluid cap jamming bonnet out of position, he overchsrged on gearbox, he said job will take a day but after phoning after 2days he said I can fetch. It is not my fault that they had to source parts in Pretoria , then ASTROBRAKE should not have taken the job? Poor customer communication and do not explain their specials adverti*****ts on FB to clients. And client must phone all time about his car.
