ASTROBRAKE poor service , overcharge

ASTROBRAKE did brakes left brakefluid cap on top of wall sill closed bonnet and the bonnet was 2 inch over correct lining with the fender on my Daihatsu Sirion . Manager never apologized! ( When I bought it to his attention). They invoice per item and labour instead of whole job this inflating invoice cost. Manager phoned quoted me R3500 for gearbox I said to much we agreed over ph R2500.00 he still charged R3500.00 on invoice.He then ranted in front of customers he had to go to Pretoria to fetch parts then why did he undertake the work on my car? I had to phone when car is ready and he still after 2 days didn't complete then Manager- Kumar invoiced for a tie rod end not fitted, which I told him to remove. Then speedpoint not working, I asked for WiFi to do cellphone transfer, Manager did not offer. I had to go home to do payment and FNB charged me for payment notification to ASTROBRAKE @ my expense This company did not explain or offer the free skimming as on Facebook promotion. And still Manager Kumar could not explain it properly.They do not give written quote or show you on computer what they charging Whenever I phoned on progress on repair always Manager in a meeting. Tried to invoice tie rod end not fitted, told me in 2 days he will have but he took 6 days after several calls. Now my car the engine mounting is loose. I don't know what ASTROBRAKE did there on mounting it is loose? This company has poor customer service lack customer communication , overcharge and a Manager who complained in reception he had to go to Pretoria! Why did he then take on the job on my car? Never will I take another car there again
