Bad experience with Astro Trip shuttle service

Booked a trip to Ed Sheeren on Sat. Bus was an hour late. No communication from Alaister van Heerden who made the booking - think he is the owner. No one answered the cell phone number provided. Transport was provided on dilapidated Putco bus after they advertised luxury transport on their website. Driver did not know where to drop us at the stadium and had to ask for directions on the way back. This was at 24:00 at night - no regard for passenger's safety. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
