Doesnt keep appointments. Inconsiderate.

Gary Arde from Astro Projects confirmed his appointment with me then never bothered to rock up for his appointment. He then phoned me hours later and kept asking who I was and moaned about the message I sent. (I did call him an inconsiderate A H ) No apology was offered at all. It was all very weird and I think probably indicative of his work.
