Astro Linen worst service ever

If it was possible to give them no rating at all I would. I paid for curtains and for eyelets to be completed. I came back on the day I was asked to and it wasn’t ready. I then came back 3 days afterwards and still was not ready. Almost 2 weeks later and now they can’t find it.

They refuse to refund me and won’t do anything about it. Emily the manager was trying to send a picture to the factory however didn’t have any data.

No one has even tried to contact me. Taking legal action against them.
