Bad attitude

<p>I bought a godex printer about 3 years ago from astro labels. This morning I phoned in and asked for someone at astrolabels as the switchboard apparently serves more than one company. A guy answered and when I asked for someone to assist me in Afrikaans he said he is the owner and only assists in english. I said thats bad and he said thats my opinion. How can you do business with a company with that attitude.</p>
