Poor Service

This review is about Astro Brake Fitment Centre at 628 Frank Road, Boksburg.

On first meeting me, they recommended a replacement of the clutch without even looking at the vehicle.

They kept my car for 5 days. Initially, they promised that the car would be done in 3 days.

Despite promising to contact me about the status of the repairs, they never did. I had to keep phoning them. Their excuse was "loadshedding".

I ended having to go myself to buy the part that they said was the problem. It took them a day to fit the part.

After they were finished, the side of my car was very dirty and looked as though something has sc****d against the paint work.

It's not even 4 weeks later and the same gear selection problem is still occurring.

Based on my personal experience with them, I would not recommend this business.
