Awesome, courteous service

I got a puncture on the N1 just before Bloemfontein at about 19:30 and managed to "hobble" to the nearest garage on my run-flats. However, the tyre wouldn't inflate at all, so we needed to put on the spare skinny tyre but the nuts were "welded" on so tightly that none of us, including the petrol attendant could loosen them.

My insurance assigned Astrix Towing to come help. Gys was brilliant. Even though he couldn't remove the nuts with the spanners at hand, he left his flatbed and tools with me while he went to go fetch an appropriate spanner to do the job.
