Deduction of my money in my account.

the consultant from atsre cover phoned me regarding the holiday voucher. she told me that they will email the voucher to go and sleep in any hotel in KZN, they never sent the voucher and they deducted the amount of R300, since last year they have been deducting the amount of R99 every month and i do not know why are they deducting that money because i never agreed on that. please hellopeter help me <br> <br> thanking you in advanvce.
