Garbie Trolley Bin Liners
This is now about the 6th pack of trolley bin liners that I bought that says 10 bin liners on the outside but only have 9 liners inside the bag.

We produce approximately 1 million refuse bags per day and while we have stringent quality checks in place, it is possible that at the aforementioned rate of production, defects may occur. Your complaint therefore helps us ensure that our systems and processes are properly enforced.
We wish to assure you that it is by no means our intention to short pack any of our product lines, our goal is to offer nothing less than outstanding, quality products to our consumers. Please be assured that we are view the short packing of product in a most serious light and are investigating the possible cause of this problem in earnest.
