****!!!

<p>I received an email from "Transnet Freight Rail" requesting a quote for 120 off HST 425 Watt Solar Panels. I searched for the product on google and "only" Astraline Traders have this product in SA. I contacted them, got a quote, added my mark-up, sent it to the "client", got an "Acceptance Letter" in Transnet's Letterhead! Then the discount negotiations began, the "supplier" claimed that if my company signs up for their 2 year membership then we would qualify for a 30% discount. However, this membership costs R30 000 so I agreed to pay R20 000 and would settle the balance upon receiving payment from my "client" - "Transnet". When I tried to contact the "supplier" - Astraline Traders, after I made the payment, to confirm when goods will be delivered and whether payments have been received by them, that's when it dawned on me that the whole thing is a ****!!! The "supplier's" landline number is that of Cape Town whilst the "client's" landline is Pretoria. That made it easy for them to fool me because I never imgined that they'd be connected. I started suspecting when the voices of the receptionist from Astraline (021 number) and that of the "Transnet's" supply chain sounded exactly the same. The background sound from both telephone lines was identical too. I immediately called Nedbank's Forensic Dept who confirmed that they're dealing with a similar case from another victim and that this account has since been blocked. Therefore, Astraline Traders (they even have a website) are a complete ****....sometimes you get to speak to a "Richard Munsi" or a "Busisiwe" or "Phethile". Also, you get told that the owner's name is "Mr. Govender" then it's a "Gordon Mlambo".</p>
