Wrong turn

<p>So about a few months back (give or take) I was called with an adverti*****t to accept a holiday voucher for R500 once off. Payment would need to be done via debit ONLY, because that is th only way they could give me an order number. (*******) So Anyways, I continued to cooperate with the consultant, which also promised me a spar/checkers grocery voucher.. I was told that I would receive a phone call Before they process the debit order, to confirm if I'm still on the go ahead with the offer.. Not only did I NOT receive the phone call, but I didn't even receive the grocery voucher, nor did I receive the order number for my voucher.. Non existent.. But let me add, they made the debit with haste, no hassle on their side, just a smooth debit of 500 wiped from my account with ease. When I realised this, I emailed them and asked for a cancellation.. waited a week before I got a response. (it takes a few minutes to get a call when you're interested in their offer). So they were already trying to be difficult.. Anyways, I eventually received the email, which said that my cancellation request was declined, and that they advise that I DO NOT reverse the debit as they WILL just request another debit on my account. </p> <p> </p> <p>Bad experience with this company, bad service, bad customer care.. Once they have your money their attitude changes.. Very debit hungry, and very quick at it too.. Super quick to take your money..</p> <p> </p> <p>Total waste of my money, total waste of my time.. total ****.</p>
