Unprofessional

<p>Was contacted by Astral group selling me a Platinum Leisure Holiday voucher on 07/11/16. The value was R500 once off.All seemed okay until l received the mail with all terms and conditions. I decided that l did not want this voucher anymore. So l initially mailed Platinum Leisure regarding my decision and received no reply. I then contacted the number l was phoned from and was given a mail address for my cancellation. I sent the mail on 08/11/16 and received no reply. I phoned from Wednesday 09/11/16 till Friday 11/11/16 with the same response that you will receive a mail with confirmation of your cancellation by the end of the day. Naturally this never materialize hence this report. My only concern is that my account might be debited on the 26/11/16 since I gave my banking details. This level of service is totally unprofessional and frustrating.</p>
