Unauthorized debits from my account

<p>I was contacted by the Astral Group to try out a "Free Trail" on a discount service. After a few short days and reading reviews about this company debiting accounts without authorization...I decided to contact them and cancel, the cancellation was an inconvenient process but I did at least receive a mail back from the Astral group to inform me everything has been cancelled with immediate effect. but low and behold they try to Debit my account every month, sometimes they don't get the money sometimes they do.<br />I want my money back as well as the bank charges that you have caused me for these unauthorized debits. tried to phone into the call center twice to be told by the machine that I am first inline, after 20 mins each call from my cellphone and not one person taking my call I should request my cellphone bill paid as well!</p>
