<p>In 2016 I had cancelled my membership with the business and have written proof from their cancellations team that this had been done. - see below</p> <p>From: cancellations ********** />Sent: 11 November 2016 09:49 AM<br />To: 'Robert Nel'<br ********** />Subject: RE: Extra Payments taken from my bank account</p> <p> <br />Dear Sir</p> <p> </p> <p>Hope this mail finds you well</p> <p> </p> <p>Kindly note that once the refund has been processed, your details will be removed of our systems</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you for your time and patience</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind regards</p> <p>Cancellations Department</p> <p>| Customer Services | Astral Group</p> <p> </p> <p>I have now had a further R79 deducted from my account when I have written proof from the cancellatiosn department that my account had been deleted and my details would not be available in their accounting department. </p> <p> </p> <p>The fact that I have now had another R79 deleted from my account just shows the lack of service and integrity this business has and if I were any customer i would not trust the Astral group and the businesses it represents.</p> <p>I am very tempted to lay a ******** charge against them for theft and also for breaking confidentiality of my personal details.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I phoned them now, they said that they would get a supervisor to call me when they were out of a meeting rather than addressing a serious concern like this, their internal meetings are more important.</p> <p> </p> <p>I wish i knew who I could contact to prevent them from doing this to anyone else.</p>
