platinum leisure my nightmare

<p>It's so sad that people think they can still from people's accounts. Platinum leisure had a once of promotion where R300 was deducted from my bank account as per our agreement but WHAT WE DID NOT AGREE UPON WAS THEM GIVING MY PERSONAL DETAILS INCLUDING MY BANK ACCOUNT TO A 3RD PARTY. The 3rd party called me n asked me to join their promotions which included monthly deductions and I immediately said no I can't afford that and I'm not interested ,2nd caller very rude also tried to convince me to join but NO means YES to them . I have phoned few times and even spoke to 1 team leader who r always not available. Now to cancel you must do it yoyrself . I was promised a cancellation e-mail by the team leader last week even today I'm still waiting and getting different stories each time you phone. My frustrations is doing reversal of almost R300 monthly that is being deducted even after I refused . As capitec client less than R100 no notifications so 3 times my account is deducted every month by ******* that are in partnership with p.leisure. </p>
